Summary: not happy with Lifetime Pro? Email us within 14 days of your $2 purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Lifetime Pro is a one-time $2.00 USD payment. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. How to request a refund

Email jmacaling001@gmail.com from (or mentioning) the email you used at checkout.
Include your PayPal transaction ID — you'll find it in the PayPal receipt email.
We'll refund through PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days.

3. What happens after a refund

Once a payment is refunded — or reversed through a PayPal dispute or chargeback — Lifetime Pro is switched off for that account. Images you already downloaded are yours to keep.

4. No subscriptions

BabyMash AI never charges you again after your one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds when there are signs of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds across multiple accounts.
