Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using BabyMash AI at babymashai.com ("the Service"), operated by Huang Horizon Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

BabyMash AI uses artificial intelligence to create imaginative images — for example a baby that blends the features of two photos. Results are for entertainment only. They are not a genetic, medical or scientific prediction of what any real child will look like.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Only upload photos that you have the right to use, of adults (18+) who have agreed to take part.
• Don't use the Service to harass, deceive, impersonate or harm anyone, or for anything illegal.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, reverse engineer the Service or overload it.

4. Free use

Free users can create a limited number of images per day. Free images include a watermark. We may change the free allowance at any time.

5. Lifetime Pro

• Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment of $2.00 USD processed by PayPal. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as BabyMash AI offers the Service — not the lifetime of the purchaser.
• Pro includes watermark-free images and the Pro styles and extras shown on the site, subject to a fair-use limit of up to 30 generations per day.
• Pro is tied to the email address entered at checkout. Firebase Authentication manages login and registration. Keep your password private; one account is for one person.
• We may improve, change or retire individual features over time, but we won't remove the core benefit of watermark-free generations for Pro accounts while the Service runs.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed, Pro access ends.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

7. Your images

You may use the images you create for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing with friends and family. AI images can be imperfect or unexpected, and similar results may be generated for other users.

8. Our property

The BabyMash AI name, logo, website and software belong to Huang Horizon Studio.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
